Shipping
All items purchased will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. Please allow 10-12 business days for deliveries. If you would like your order rushed, please email us at info@westferen.com to check on availability, and confirm
Returns
We will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order. All packages must be returned in the original condition in order to receive a refund.
Store Credit will be issued for all returns received within 14 days. Please include a copy of your receipt with the return package. Please note, all return freight/ shipping charges are the customers responsibility unless there is a defect with the product. For returned items, you will receive store credit for the price of the original item, minus the original cost of shipping.
